This document provides instructions for connecting a personal device to eduroam at ESMT or another participating institution using your ESMT credentials. If you are visiting from another institution, please use the eduroam configuration instructions and tools provided by your home institution. 

Steps to install

  1. Visit cat.eduroam.de/?idp=188 in your web browser and download the eduroVisit https://cat.eduroam.de/?idp=188 in your web browser and download the eduroam installer. 
  2. When the download completes, it should automatically open and begin with the eduroam profile installation. If it does not automatically open, browse to the downloaded file and click to open it.
  3. Click Continue when asked Install "eduroam"?.Click Continue when asked Install "eduroam"?.
  4. Click Continue in when asked Are you sure you want to install profile "eduroam"?Click Continue in when asked Are you sure you want to install profile "eduroam"?.
  5. Enter your ESMT login credentials.Enter your ESMT login credentials.
  6. Your eduroam profile should now be installed and ready to use.Your eduroam profile should now be installed and ready to use. Simply connect to the eduroam network when it appears as an available WLAN network.
